How to manifest your thoughts for Positivity

During Winter, many people can feel quite low, unmotivated and stressed out. At the beginning of this year, I found the Law of Attraction and it has changed my life. It has taught me about mindfulness, positivity and manifesting- three things that can improve your lifestyle. Not many people know what manifesting is, or even believe in it, but I have some examples from my own experiences that have left me believing in spirituality more than ever before.

What is Manifesting? 

Manifesting is when you put something you want out into the Universe. This could be minimal, like a snack, or it could be huge like a house or a million pounds. There are many celebrities who swear they have manifested their lives, one of these is Ariana Grande, who is open about manifesting and never giving up.

Manifesting doesn’t always work instantly, but it takes a lot of belief to make it happen. You can’t give up on your dreams and subconsciously they will become reality.

How to Manifest? 

Manifesting can be done in a variety of ways. There are people who say their dreams like they’ve already happened, for example “I can’t wait to move into my new house” when they are manifesting a new home. This puts it into the Universe that the thing is already yours, when you ask for something, the Universe is listening, but you do have to believe its listening.

The most popular way to manifest is to have a journal, this is where people write what they want in the back and then write at the front how they are going about getting it. Sometimes, they do different methods where you write a goal a certain number of times and this just reinforces that belief.

Meditation is also a great way to manifest. If you close your eyes, and think of your goal intensely for just seventeen seconds, it is said this will bring you closer to your ideal life.

How does it create positivity? 

It motivates towards a goal which if you are suffering with bad mental health, it can do the world of good just to work towards something and think positive thoughts every day.  There are hundreds of success stories with depression and manifesting which are definitely worth a google. Everybody is different, and it may not work for you, but it is a brilliant lifestyle just to try.

An experience with law of attraction: 

When I went to my University interview, I hadn’t had the chance to view it yet at an open day. I was really nervous when I got there as I realised this was where I wanted to go. I kept repeating, I’m meant to go here, I’m meant to go here. That day, by chance, I was offered an unconditional offer for that University.

So those are how manifesting can be a positive influence in your life. I hope these help you and provide you with curiosity enough to research into it.
